Refund Policy
At Musée, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason (other than warranty claims) you're not happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Requirements for exchange:

The item must not be on SALE (sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of warranty).

The garment must not have been worn.

It must include all original tags.

It must not be dirty or show any traces of deodorant, makeup, or other chemicals.

It must not show signs of having been bleached or chemically treated.

It must not be faded or discolored.
-
The garment must not have been altered or modified by the customer.

The fit must remain intact.
-
Prints, embellishments, or embroidery must be in perfect condition (no damage from washing or ironing).

It must be returned in the same condition it was purchased.
-
The original receipt or the buyer’s ID number must be provided.

Accessories and skincare products are not eligible for exchange.
Important:

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Only warranty-related cases will be reviewed via email.

Orders placed in Colombia must be managed through Musée Colombia only.
Refund eligibility:
A refund will be issued in the following cases:

If the item cannot be repaired and is under warranty.

If the same issue recurs after a warranty repair and the customer prefers a refund.

If the product was purchased online and:

The order is not delivered within 30 days, or
-
The product is unavailable.

In these cases, the contract may be canceled, and all amounts paid will be refunded.
